Rth 2:22 ‘And Naomi said unto Ruth her daughter in law, It is good, my daughter, that thou go out with his maidens, that they meet thee not in any other field.’
Contempt of courtesy… our blessed Saviour is our ‘Goel’ Hebrew word meaning, "to redeem." (Job 19:25). It’s the Lord only who has the right and ability to redeem us. If we expect to receive blessings by him, let us closely adhere to him, and his fields, and his family; let us not go to the world and its fields for that which is to be had with Him only. Has the Lord dealt bountifully with you? Have we dwelled bountifully in Him only, or do we wonder in other fields in contempt?
We perish for lack of wonder, not for a lack of wonders… HSAY
