“… Simeon was just and devout, waiting for the consolation
(Christ) of Israel…” Lk 2:25
Patience is not the ability to wait, but the ability to keep
a devoted and righteous spirit of worship while waiting. A waiting season is
not God’s invitation to be lethargic or sluggish. Anyone can say I love you,
but not everyone can wait and be devoted to proving it’s true. Help me to wait
on You Lord, I know to be still (Psa 46:10) … its then You will show me what is
Your perfect will!
If God is making you wait maybe you should be preparing
yourself to receive more than what you
asked for… HSAY
