Psa 103:10-11 “He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor
rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as the heaven is high above
the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.”
God is sovereign over the details of our lives and has put
us where we are for our good and to share the Lord’s renown. Like Esther, we can’t let our past hinder our
future in the Lord (Est 4:14; 16). It’s the invincible sovereignty of God that
the presence of hope drives out all fear. There may by-products of our past sins, but we’re not to be
prisoners to it.
The very sins we can’t seem to forget are the very sins that
God can’t seem to remember (Psa 103:12) … HSAY
